Healthy Beef Stew

Tracey's Healthy Beef Stew

Get whatever meat you desire, I use a nice grass fed stew beef about 2 lbs and I first sprinkle it with sea salt and almond flour and then gently tenderize it in a saute pan sprayed with coconut oil for about 5 mins - just so each side is lightly browned

Put meat in a crock pot with:
1 32 oz container low sodium beef broth
1 & 1/2 C of red wine
one whole chopped vidalia onion
one container sliced baby bella mushrooms
one chopped green pepper
one bunch chopped asparagus
1 large chopped sweet potatoe
Sea Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Dash Worcestershire Sauce 

Cook on low for about 8 hours or more.  I make it at about 8 am and eat it for dinner at 6 pm.
